Health Facilities

The Community Health Cell of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta, has been established to address health-related concerns and to promote health, sanitation, and wellness among the students and staff of the college. The cell consists of twelve members, including students enrolled in the FYUGP programmes. A dedicated room for the cell is available on the college campus, which is fully equipped with first aid supplies and equipment. The primary objectives of the Community Health Cell are as follows:
1. Ensuring student well-being through medical check-ups.
2. Maintaining campus hygiene and raising awareness about a tobacco-free environment and effective waste management.
3. Preventing diseases and managing stress.
4. Promoting eco-friendly practices to enhance the campus environment.
5. Organizing regular blood donation camps.
6. Conducting collaborative workshops in partnership with local health authorities, NGOs, and medical hospitals.
