The Alumni Association of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta was established on 19 December 2021 through a General Meeting organized by former students of the college. The association was formed with the aim of supporting the overall academic, infrastructural, and institutional development of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta and strengthening the relationship between the alumni and the institution.
Since its establishment, the Alumni Association has been actively involved in various developmental activities of the college. The association organizes academic programmes, participates in events organized by the institution, and provides financial assistance for infrastructure development. Through these initiatives, the alumni contribute meaningfully to the growth, progress, and excellence of the college.
The Alumni Association of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta is a registered organization under the Societies Registration Act XXI of 1860 with Registration Number RS/BAR-2/237/03 of 2022-2023. At present, the association has 200 registered members. An Executive Committee has been formed to plan, monitor, and implement all activities of the association efficiently.
The Alumni Association plays an important role in the academic and infrastructural development of the college by:
Organizing seminars, workshops, and academic programmes
Participating in institutional activities and student development programmes
Providing financial support for infrastructure and other developmental needs
Encouraging alumni engagement and lifelong connection with the college
