Introduction

The Career Counseling and Placement Cell of Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta has been functioning as a dynamic support system dedicated to guiding students toward meaningful career paths. Since 2018, the Cell has actively worked to bridge the gap between academic learning and professional opportunities by organizing structured programmes, workshops, training sessions, and campus engagement initiatives.

Understanding the evolving demands of the employment market and higher education landscape, the Cell aims to equip students with the knowledge, confidence, skills, and exposure necessary to succeed in competitive environments.

6	A three-day E-Certificate workshop on Aptitude Preparation Programme, organized by the Career Counse	A three-day E-Certificate workshop on Aptitude Preparation Programme, organized by the Career Counseling Cell of Madhab Choudhury College in Barpeta, in collaboration with T.I.M.E., was being held from June 20 to June 22, 2024. The event attracted around 70 enthusiastic students eager to enhance their aptitude skills. The workshop is led by prominent experts in the field: Mr. Soumen Das, Director of T.I.M.E. Guwahati; Adeep Rajkhowa, a respected faculty member specializing in Quantitative Aptitude; and Shekharvan Hazarika, Business Development Manager at T.I.M.E. Guwahati. These professionals bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the sessions, ensuring that participants gain valuable insights and techniques. Throughout the programme, students are being trained in a variety of essential aptitude skills. 1	One Day Workshop on the Preparation of Competitive Exams" on 4th September 2025,	Madhab Choudhury College, Barpeta, successfully organized a "One Day Workshop on the Preparation of Competitive Exams" on 4th September 2025, jointly conducted by the IQAC & Career Counseling Cell in collaboration with SPM IAS Academy, Guwahati. A total of 90 students participated in the programme, which was graced by the insightful sessions of resource persons Mr. Gitartha Pratim Bhuyan and Mr. Partha Pratim Bora. The workshop proved to be highly motivating and enriching, encouraging students to prepare with dedication for future competitive examinations.
