Courses Under Distance Mode

T.D.C. (Arts) Course under Distance Mode affliated to IDOL, G.U.:-
From the academic session 2012-13, Gauhati University has introduced B.A. (General) Course under distance mode through “Institute of Distance and Open Learning”. (IDOL). Students can pursue the B.A. (General) Course with M.l.L. (Assamese / Alt. English and English as compulsory subjects and Political Science, Education, Philosophy, Economics and History (any two) as subsidiary subjects under semester system.
The syllabus and the curriculum for the distance mode courses will be the same as those for the regular courses. The candidates will appear for the end semester examination along with the regular candidates with the same question papers.
The Course fees (study meterials, counselling and assignment) for the B.A. (General) course under distance mode is Rs. 2000/- per annum excluding the Examinations and Registration fees.
T.D.C. (Arts), MA & D.EL.ED Course under Krishna Kanta Handique Open University:-
The College provides all the under graduate courses under K.K.H. open university.
