Online Admission Process for M.C. College:

Admission Procedure For Higher Secondary Course:-

1. Log in to www.mccollegeonline.co.in
2. In the website they must select ‘Apply Online’ and then select new Enrolment in the popup window. Then register themselves paying the required enrollment fees through the payments gateway. ( Be careful that only functional mobile number and email is provided ).
3. After registration the students will be able to download the prospectus . It is advisable to go through the PROSPECTUS before choosing any subject combination. After going through the prospectus, the students must log in to fill up the online form.
4. While filling up the online application form the candidates must keep soft copies of the required documents along with photo. The soft copies of the documents have to be uploaded while filling up the online application form.
5. The hard copy of the form generated after filling up the online form must be deposited in the College Office.
6. The merit list will be announced as in the dates mentioned in the notice board.
7. As per the Govt. OM No AHE.369/2018/17 there will be no face-to-face interview; document verification etc. will be held for admission during the current academic session 2020-21. Mark Sheets, certificates and all other relevant documents will be verified by the competent authority if need be. In this regard the College authority will follow the latest government guidelines.
8. Applications are processed and finalized by the Admission Committee.
9. Students will collect identity cards on the date of admission.
10. If any candidate passed the H.S.L.C. or equivalent examination before the current year, he/she must submit a ‘Gap Certificate’ from some competent person at the time of admission.
11. In case of any dispute about any matter concerning admission, the decision of the Principal will be final.
12. STUDENTS MUST SUBMIT CORRECT BANK ACCOUNT DETAILS TO AVAIL THE BENEFITS OF GOVERNMENT SCHEMES LIKE SCHOLARSHIPS, REIMBURSEMENT OF HOSTEL MESS DUES, TEXT BOOK GRANTS, ETC.

(Soft copies of documnet to be uploaded at the time of Admission)

At the time of Admission the Candidate must produce the original copies of the following documents. They must also submit (Self) Attested copies of these documents along with the hard copy of the application form:

1. Certificate from the Head of the Institution from where he/she passed H.S.L.C or equivalent examination.
2. Mark sheet of H.S.L.C or equivalent examination.
3. Certificate for SC/ST/OBC/MOBC/ PH(Physically Challenged) (for students seeking admission under reserved category)
4. Address proof.
5. Migration Certificate. (If the candidate passed H. S. L. C. or equivalent examination from Boards other than SEBA)
6. Proficiency Certificate (If the candidate applies for EC/NCC quota)
7. Income Certificate (Not Mandatory)
8. Applicant Bank Passbook
9. Domicile State Certificate (PRC/Voter ID, NRC/ADHAR card/BPL Card of family/Birth Certificate issued by Registrar of Birth and Death/pass port of Self or parent.)

All the original copies of documents mentioned above must be produced at the time of admission. The applicant must also bring an unattested copy of his/her recent stamp size colour photograph for pasting on Identity Card.

IMPORTANT:-

• Caste Certificate must be duly countersigned by the concerned authority.
• Students must submit correct Bank Account details to avail the benefits of Government schemes like Scholarships, Reimbursement of Hostel Mess dues, Text Book Grants etc.
• MC College follows the free admission policy of the Govt. of Assam.

Admission Procedure For Undergraduate Course ( B.A/ B.Sc 1ST SEMESTER):-

1. Log in to www.mccollegeonline.co.in
2. In the website they must select ‘Apply Online’ and then select new Enrolment in the popup window. Then register themselves paying the required enrollment fees through the payments gateway. ( Be careful that only functional mobile number and email is provided ).
3. After registration the students will be able to download the prospectus . After that the students must log in again to the fill up the online form.
4. While filling up the online application form the candidates must keep soft copies of the required documents along with photo. The soft copies of the documents have to be uploaded while filling up the online application form.
5. The hard copy of the form generated after filling up the online form must be deposited in the College Office.
6. The merit list will be announced as in the dates mentioned in the notice board.
7. The selected candidates must be present in the interview for admission and they must produce the original copies of mark sheet of the H.S. or equivalent examination passed and certificate from the head of the institution last studied in. Student applying for reserve quota must produce the caste certificate of his / her. A selected candidate must get himself/herself admitted on the date of the interview by paying the necessary fees; otherwise he/she will forfeit the seat.
8. Applications are processed and finalized by the Admission Committee.
9. If any candidate passed the H.S. or equivalent examination before the current year, he/she must submit a ‘Gap Certificate’ from some competent person at the time of admission.
10. In case of any dispute about any matter concerning admission, the decision of the Principal will be final.
11. STUDENTS WHO ARE APPLYING FOR THE FREE ADMISSION MUST UPLOAD THE SOFT COPIES OF INCOME CERTIFICATE AND A PHOTOGRAPH OF SAPLING PLANTATION AS PER GOVERNMENT OF ASSAM RULES.
12. WHIE CREATING THE LOG IN ID THE STUDENTS SHOULD USE A FUNCTIONAL 10 DIGIT MOBILE NUMBER AND A VALID EMAIL ID.
13. STUDENTS WILL HAVE TO PAY REQUISITE ADMISSION FEE THROUGH ONLINE PAYMENT/ CREDIT CARD/ DEBIT CARD ONLY. M.C. COLLEGE PROMOTES CASHLESS TRANSACTION.

(Documents to be furnished at the time of Admission)

7. NCC Certificate/ Extra Qualification Certificate from competent authority if the candidate has applied under NCC or EC quota .
